HQN is a network of quilt professionals and quilt guilds. We meet one time a year in March in the Kansas City area. At the meeting, guilds can book professionals and we have discussions about common issues of both groups. Membership is $20 and it includes the use of the members only part of the website, 4 issues of the newsletter, and attendance at the annual meeting in March.

Established 25 yrs ago. We have approximately 80 to 100 members. We love to make quilts and we love quilt people. We have served our community by donating quilts to the children taken in by DHS. We donate quilts to people who have disasters. We donate to Habitat for Humanity. We welcome any or all to come join us.

The guild was organized three years ago and has 70 members. The guild meets the third Monday of the month at the Duncan Senior Citizens Center from 6-8 pm. The guild quilt show is held the last weekend of June in the even years and includes a raffle quilt, country store, challenges, 140 quilt exhibits, and vendors. Each year a project is chosen for our community service effort within our county. Workshops and programs are held regularly.
